Processing days: Days your team prepares and ships orders (e.g., Mon–Fri). Orders placed on other days start processing on the next working day.

Order cut-off time: Orders placed after this time (e.g., 14:00) are handled the next processing day.
2. Holidays
Add public holidays or days off using Add a day off or Import holidays so they are skipped like weekends.
3. Products
Products without a rule: Choose whether to show a standard delivery time (e.g., minimum 3 days, maximum 7 days) or hide it.
Sold-out products: Check to hide the delivery date for sold-out items (pre-orders and backorders keep theirs).
4. Locations
Set your shipping origin locations (Ship from) so customers see estimated dates based on stock availability in their region.
